To meet the local demand for housing, a collaborative approach was required between ourselves and local authorities. Given the historic use of the site and its central location, many fears were made for the safety to local residents.
With this at the centre of our philosophy we successfully to restored the site, with our sister company North East Plant carrying out the remediation works.
By working in cooperation with local authorities and residents, the land was successfully remediated to its current levelled state and is currently going through the planning process for 650 houses.
